Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. The Service
TopCoins is a skill-based crypto competition platform. Players draft virtual portfolios of cryptocurrencies and compete on the real price performance of those portfolios over a fixed league duration. Entry fees and prizes are denominated in USDT.
You are not buying, selling, or holding the cryptocurrencies you draft. Drafted portfolios are virtual selections scored against real live market prices.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the platform.
It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in paid skill-based competitions is lawful where you live. The service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where such competitions are prohibited.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network. Sending funds on any other network may result in permanent loss that we cannot recover.
Withdrawals incur a network fee (shown before you confirm, inclusive of our fee-handling margin) and, where enabled, a platform withdrawal fee. All fees are displayed before submission.
Deposits are credited after the required number of on-chain confirmations.
4. Leagues, Fees & Prizes
League entries are final once submitted: your drafted portfolio is locked and the entry fee is deducted from your balance. Entries cannot be edited or refunded after submission, except where a league is cancelled.
If a league is cancelled (for example, it fails to attract participants), entry fees are returned.
A platform service fee is applied to each league's gross entry pool (9% for standard Competition Categories; flagship competitions such as the Mega Championship may carry a different fee, always shown on the league page). The remainder forms the prize pool distributed to winners according to the league's category rules.
League entries, results, and prize distributions are hashed and anchored on-chain. Anyone can independently verify outcomes via the Verify page.
5. Fair Play
Multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of bugs, and any form of result manipulation are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and account termination.
Prices used for scoring come from public market data providers. In the rare event of a data provider failure, settlement is paused rather than settled on incomplete data.
6. Important Disclosures
In paid competitions you may lose your entry fees. Never play with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. Past portfolio performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by blockchain network failures, or losses caused by sending funds to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
